OI-7032 Data Logging Monitor for Hazardous Worksite Analysis
Data logging monitors keep useful data on-hand that can be utilized by personnel to analyze the hazards within a potentially hazardous worksite, allowing them to make informed decisions for future incidents. The use of this data can improve the overall safety of an application or workplace, as they are key points for reference in post-incident investigations.

Additionally, the data gathered from these monitors will not only show when a gas detector has gone into alarm, but it can show how the users reacted to the alarm. This feature helps applications see where there may be gaps in training or where there may need to be policy changes that lead to safer work practices.
The OI-7032 is a hybrid, data logging monitor that supports up to 32 WireFree sensor units, and up to four 4-20 mA input sensors (when only 28 channels are set up as WireFree). Non-explosion proof, the OI-7032 data logging monitor (2 GB USB drive) has an operating voltage of 24 VDC (with an optional AC power supply) and a current draw of 300 mA maximum.
The OI-7032 boasts a 7-inch resistive, full-color touchscreen interface with an 800×480 resolution display screen, allowing clear readings of present gas level concentrations. Housed in a fiberglass enclosure with a clear window, the controller contains an operating temperature range of -4ºF to 122ºF.
Incorporating a status indicator for fault conditions (amber indicator for system faults), the OI-7032 includes four individually configurable alarm set-points, four red alarm indicators, four dry-contact relays (4 amps maximum per relay), and an adjustable background gas setting. Output options include a wet contact DC fault terminal (relay 4 can be configured as a fault relay), and RS-485 Modbus.
Durable, flexible and customizable, the OI-7032 is backward compatible with GEN I WireFree sensor units (900 MHz radio), and also supports GEN II WireFree sensor units (900 MHz or 2.4 GHz radio).
